Mattress Stores - Best Mattress Sale Review

As someone who has back problems and I need a hard bed, this mattress has exceeded my expectations and walking up in the morning I don't have pain and I actually feed good. It's a really heavy matress I mean it took two guys to deliver it, so if weight has anything to do with quality this one is the bee's knee!! But seriously thanks to the person who did the review and researched for months cause I was still on the fence about purchasing a bed in a box but I'm so glad I did!!!
Bought this for my wife after she had back surgery. It was the perfect height for her to get up and down from the bed. The mattress is soft without giving too much and provides the right amount of support. This is my 3rd mattress purchase from Classic Brands and I have to say that the quality and comfort is amazing for the price. Save yourself the loan required to by a "name brand" mattress and buy one from Classic Brands. It's a choice you'll never come to regret
Love love love this. My son's mattress needed replacing and this size was perfect for his top bunk. It cools as stated and is soft like a cloud. His brother and He fights over the fan but this solved our it's too hot up top problem. It cools to touch and when body temp goes up, mattress cools him down. Mattress comes rolled in a box but immediately flattened once unwrapped. Cushion expanded to correct size. He slept on it about 6-8 hours after delivery (we were headed out to school shop). Great product so we ordered 2 and got a great price with coupon for the 1st one. Recommended it to a friend and she bought one.

You deserve a great night’s sleep every night. Buying a new mattress is an important investment for your health and well-being.

Our high-quality mattresses are selected to mattress discounters and sleeping preferences perfectly, expertly constructed & designed for , total comfort, and durability.

While it is often hidden under sheets and a comforter, your mattress receives nightly wear and tear. Most people will spend at least 2,555 hours in bed every year (averaging 7 hours per night). If you multiple that by 7 years, you will spend 17,885 hours in bed. Over the years, this constant use will break down the foams and support system, leading you to not get a good night’s sleep.

Here are some common signs that it is time to replace your mattress:

Waking up Tired or Sore

Do you often wake up feeling like you didn’t sleep? Or is your body stiff or sore in the morning? These are signs that your mattress is no longer providing the support your body needs to fully relax and rest all night. When your mattress stops providing comfort and support, you will toss and turn more often leading to a poor night’s sleep.

Worn, Saggy or Lumpy Mattress

Next time you are changing your sheets, inspect your mattress. If your mattress looks worn, lumpy or has visible sags in the mattress, it is most likely time to replace it.

You’ve Resorted to Sleeping on the Couch or Recliner

Whether you want to sleep sitting up or you find the couch more comfortable than your bed, this is a sure sign that you need to go mattress shopping. Many people who prefer sleeping in a recliner might benefit from an adjustable bed where they can benefit from the support of a mattress while sleeping slightly upright.

You don’t remember the last time you bought a mattress

If your mattress is 7 years or older, then a new mattress will likely improve your sleep. Technology advances have changed the foams and support used in today’s mattresses. Plus, your body has most likely changed within that time. If you have gained or lost weight, started having health issues or even gotten married, it is time to purchase a new mattress.

Your Partner Isn’t Sleeping

If your partner is tossing and turning all night, there is a good chance your mattress isn’t providing adequate support. Plus, a partner who is tossing and turning all night can interrupt your sleep if your mattress no longer reduces motion transfer.

Adjustable bases have gained major popularity in recent years, and for good reason. Today’s adjustable bases are attractive and well designed, boasting stylish upholstery, state-of-the-art technology and bonus features like USB ports, wireless remote and full-body massage — plus they offer of lifestyle and health benefits that anyone can enjoy.

Defy Gravity

Adjustable beds allow the user to achieve “zero gravity,” a semi-seated position where the feet are raised to the same level as the heart. This position mimics the posture astronauts assume during take-off and is said to create a feeling of weightlessness, easing pressure on the back and spine and temporarily relieving back pain.

Squash Snoring

If you or your partner snores, you know how dramatically this condition can impact your quality of sleep. Not only does the noise keep you awake, but the snorer often wakes himself up, too. By lifting the head of the mattress five to ten degrees, you can help banish this common sleep-snatcher.

Halt Heartburn

An elevated head and torso can help you avoid the stinging pain of heartburn, which occurs when acid from the stomach moves it way into the esophagus. Heartburn sufferers often stack pillows behind their head for relief, but an adjustable bed offers a far comfier, ergonomically friendly alternative.

Boost Circulation

Raising the feet slightly above the heart allows blood to pump more freely throughout the body, improving circulation and reducing swelling. For those who suffer from edema, or swelling of the limbs, the ability to quickly and comfortably raise the foot of the bed is one of the most valuable features of an adjustable base.

Breathe Easy

Those with respiratory difficulties such as asthma or allergies may benefit from the breath-boosting powers of an adjustable base. Elevating the torso at a slight angle takes pressure off the lungs and airway and may make it easier to take fuller, more relaxed breaths.

You detail a car, service an appliance and dry clean designer clothes—but do you know the best way to maintain your mattress? Just because it doesn’t fit in a laundry machine doesn’t mean it can’t be cared for. Read on to learn how to extend the life of your mattress while keeping your sleep space clean, fresh and allergen-free. Give your most-used investment a little TLC with these easy tips.

Manufacturer Guidelines

Some manufacturers provide specific information about how to care for your mattress. Manufacturers know their product best, so always follow their guidelines for optimal results.

Launder your sheets and mattress protection weekly in hot water to remove irritants like pollen, dander and dust mites. Stains or spills should always be treated with caution—use slightly soapy water and a soft wash cloth to gently blot, never rub, the affected area. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they may damage the foams and fibers of your mattress. After treating your mattress, let it air out for several hours to ensure no moisture remains. A small fan can be used to speed the process.

Zip On, Zip Off

If your mattress has a removable cover you’re in luck! These covers are simple to remove, wash or replace and are great way to quickly refresh your sleep space.

Protect Your Investment

American Mattress offers products specifically designed to encase and protect your mattress and pillows. These products shield you from spills and are designed to combat allergens, dust mites and bacteria. They fit snugly over the sleep surface and can be easily removed and laundered.

Mattress protection is the best way to keep your mattress free from dust particles, pet dander and everyday grit and grime. If you don’t have mattress protection, you can use your vacuum’s flat nozzle tool to remove these unwanted irritants.

Pets and Sleep

We all love our pets, but your bed may not be the best place for them to snooze. Even critters that spend most of their time indoors can introduce dust, dander and hair to the sleep space. Many manufacturers offer pet beds designed especially for our furry friends.

Seating Edge

Many newer mattress models feature a sturdy, foam-encased seating edge. If your mattress doesn’t, you’ll want to avoid repeatedly sitting in the same spot for prolonged periods of time, as doing so may eventually cause sagging or a weakened edge.

Set the Stage

Skimping on a foundation is like putting bike tires on a new car. A foundation provides the base for your mattress and ensures that it stays supportive and comfortable for years to come. The two elements work hand in hand to deliver the rest you need. Most manufacturers recommend buying a foundation and mattress as a unit to ensure optimal performance.

While most new mattress models offer a no-flip design, it’s a good idea to give your mattress a clockwise turn every three months to ensure even wear. Regular rotations will ensure your mattress stays comfortable and supportive for years to come and can prevent body impressions from forming.

Growing bodies need anywhere from 10-14 hours of sleep every night depending on their age. Their growing bodies and minds use this time recharge from the day, learn new skills and refresh their mood. But did you know that kids can also get back pain? Just like adults, it is commonly caused by poor mattress support.

Here are five tips from our sleep experts on how to choose the proper mattress that will protect your child’s growing body and support them for years to come.

Support Rubber Band Bones

Soft bones and stretchy muscles recover quickly so it can be hard for kids to express pain from an uncomfortable bed. Although any mattress can provide a surface to sleep on, not every mattress provides the comfort and support growing bodies need.

Invest in a Full

Kids move all night long, sometimes waking up upside down! Opt for a full-sized bed that allows children to move freely and not end up on the floor next to their twin bed.

Choose a Plush

Kids don’t weigh enough to compress big pillow tops, but firm beds may be too hard for soft bones. Plush beds offer the right balance of support. If your child is old enough, have them test the mattress with you to make sure it feels comfortable and properly supported.

Grow with Teens

Many children keep their beds for over 10 years. Buying a high quality, supportive mattress for your child sets the stage for healthy growth and development. If you think your child will become a tall teen, consider a twin XL or queen mattress size to ensure there is plenty of room to grow into.

Protect their Head and the Mattress

Little necks, low shoulders, and smaller heads need just as much support as adult profiles. Pillows provide 20% of support, so be sure to match your child’s body and sleep style to the correct pillow loft. Also ensure the mattress is protected from possibly accidents and stains with a quality mattress protector. This will add to the durability of the mattress, allowing your child to sleep on it longer.

These five tips will ensure your kids continue to have sweet dreams as they grow. Learn more about how sleep impacts your child.
